Mission Passenger Services software (“MPS”) manages every aspect of your one-off jobs, recurring trips and home to school passenger transport services, typically run by government and community transport operations. Originally written in 1989 it has evolved into a sophisticated multi-user system that handles all aspects of trip management with optional in vehicle GPS route management & messaging, live tracking, trip recording and replay. It runs over the web or on company intranets, there’s no desktop software to install.
Each driver and escort record has address, agency, licences, Police DBS, training courses, certification, clothing and equipment issued and photograph history, stored on the system.
Schedules display all days booked for drivers and escorts and these dates and times are used in the integrated timesheet system which has detailed costs and analysis reporting.
Not-available dates (such as holidays) can be input and will be used by the scheduler when allocating staff. Every mobile phone number in the system is SMS enabled allowing instant text messaging to drivers, escorts, passengers, parents etc.
